Delivery & Returns Policies

TSA Trading LLC offers hassle free delivery and returns on all of our items. In case your item(s) is eligible for return, kindly fill out this form within 5 working days from the time you received an order.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept various of secure and trusted payment gateways that may be available or not available depending on your location.

We also accept Cash On Deliveries (COD) and Visa, MasterCard and PayPal for online payments.

 

DELIVERIES

UAE Customer Orders

Orders will be delivered using prime courier companies partner. Rates are based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher and is calculated during your product checkout.

Extra delivery charges might incur for out of delivery areas located within UAE.

Once dispatched customers will be provided with the tracking number, to also help us know that you received the items in good condition and in time.

Kindly check your items for damages and shortages once you receive the item.

Claims for damages incurred during delivery should be done while courier is still present because you will be asked to sign that you received the item in good condition.

Please note that courier companies will not allow you to open the item packaging

Incase shipment is not accepted, you will no longer be entitled to Cash On Delivery from our website.

Customers Outside UAE

International shipments might incur custom fees and duties which are unfortunately difficult to estimate the exact amount as import duties may vary from country to country. But we expect it to be 5% of the invoice value.

Prices indicated on product checkouts excludes non-UAE incurred duties and taxes.

Cash on delivery (COD) Deliveries

Please note that items will not be handed over by the courier until the full amount (including delivery charges) has been received.

Couriers only carries a limited amount of change, so kindly prepare an exact amount for the courier.

 

RETURNS

Items that are warrantied for returns:

Items should be in saleable condition and should be returned within 5 working days of receipt.

The item should be in original box or packaging, manuals, unused, labels and product tags should be intact.

Items that are not warrantied for returns:

Items that are opened, tampered and not in original packaging.

Items that are used, missing parts, accessories and damaged original box.

Any products that are damaged due to misuse, dropping or negligence such as exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flames, high heat, sharp objects etc.

Items that are on sale or discounted items.

Returns with no original invoice or transaction records or reference numbers.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) bought items, we can only issue a credit notes that reflects the value of your previous order. You can use this credit note

Manufacturer warrantied items

All items are in new conditions except stated otherwise in the item description.

Warranty is one year for all products sold on the site.

Kindly keep your invoices, transaction records and warranty cards to claim your warranty.

The responsibility for warranty services solely relies with the principal supplier or manufacturer.

Consumable items like batteries and accessories are not covered under the warranty.

The warranty is considered void once the item has been tampered by unofficial personnel.

Warranty periods may vary depending on the manufacturer or the period indicated in the warranty cards.

What are the procedures for product returns?

Fill up our return form here and we will give you a call as soon as we get your message.

Items must be returned within 5 working days starting from the date that you received the call from TSA Trading LLC.

For refunds, TSA Trading LLC might require 7-10 working days plus additional 2-4 processing days on the actual refund.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method, where it usually takes 5-10 working days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Delivery charges for returning an item should be shouldered by the customer.

Defective items may be replaced depending on our discretion with the same exact model and color.

For defective items, TSA Trading LLC may require 1-3 weeks depending on the stock availability.

In case of defective, customer should send the item to TSA location in Dubai, UAE. After servicing, customer can collect the item from TSA location.

If the packaging has a minor soiling or it was opened and product is not defective, unused, no visible scratches, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted.

TSA Trading LLC reserves the right to reject any returns without specific reasons.

TSA Trading don’t allow refunds but we can issue a credit note for future purchases. If the customer needs a new color or size, he/she needs to place a new order.
